This service is designed for those Landlords who are happy to manage their tenancy themselves once our property letting agents have found a suitable tenant. We will market the property extensively until a tenant is found; check the applicants credit history through a recognised credit agency and draw up a comprehensive tenancy agreement.

A charge equivalent to one month gross rent is made for this service.

In addition to the above services, we will also collect the rent from the tenant each month and forward to the landlords nominated bank account.

A Charge of £200 set up fee and 10% of the monthly rental income is payable for this service.

	Deposit We collect a deposit from the tenant to safeguard against damage and will take on the responsibility of protecting the deposit via a government approved Tenancy Deposit Protection scheme. At the end of the tenancy we will inspect the property and the costs of any work attributed to the tenant will be deducted from the deposit. Any disputes will be referred to the dispute resolution service of the Tenancy Deposit Protection scheme used.
